Designed to be highly rigid while keeping a slim line profile for compatibility with narrow offset wheel design of the 17″ to 19″ performance vehicles, these Billet Brake calipers are now able to stretch to street orientated packages that make use of 375mm rotors for
larger wheels.

Full BIG BRAKE Kit

VARI Racing Brakes Ausralia’s full big brake kits have been designed to be a simple bolt-on upgrade as well as the flexibility to customise your ride,…. without the custom headaches.

Full Brake Kit Comprising of:

2 x 616 CNC machined 6061/T6 BILLET CALIPERS (appropriately matched by clamp load to suite OEM Master cylinder and vehicle weight) (we have 5 different clamp loads in this family of calipers from which to match a given applications requirements with)
2 x BILLET CALIPER BRACKETS with appropriate Mounting hardware
2 x VARI ” GT series ” HP rotors with our street style slotting
2 x Replacement Brake lines ( normally supplied in SS braided material with ADR approved numbered collars )
1 x set of VARI brake pads in our ST compound for HP street use ( upgradeable to our ST-R track day compound as an extra charge item ) (note: EBC, and many more Brands of brake pads can be supplied if so desired as this pad Profile is based off of a very popular racing Caliper manufacturers Pad profile or shape and practically any race compound could be easily sourced if so required)
1 x Instruction Booklet to ensure successful kit fitment .
OUR BOLT ON BRAKE KITS ARE ENGINEERED TO BE TRUE NO FUSS BOLT ON KITS (otherwise they would fall under our custom kits and made to your specifications by ourselves at our Beaudesert Based Manufacturing Facility , just 45 min south of Brisbane.)
**MOST IMPORTANTLY : It should be noted that most of our kit IF CHOSEN WISELY ARE UP GRADABLE to a larger rotor package or even to A CUSTOM 2- PEICE ROTOR KIT at any point when new rotors are required WITHOUT THE NEED TO DISCARD THE HIGHEST VALUE and ONLY NON CONSUMABLE ITEM OF A GIVEN KIT.… the bullet proof and practically indestructible ,6061/T6 billet aluminium , FULLY CNC MACHINED HEART AND SOUL OF THIS PACKAGE …… OUR 616 CALIPER . ( All that will be required is an appropriate bracket kit upgrade and a set of larger diameter rotors at only marginally more money than the replacement rotors might cost and .. PRONTO…. u could have an all new large rotor kit to suit your next wheel size upgrade which you could finally “spoil ” yourself with. )
